On a full stomach I was off to the spectacular soccer ground Camp Nou which is home to the world famous Barcelona Football Club. It is located at Calle Aristides Mallol, 12, Barcelona and by car is only 10 minutes away from Hotel Barcelona Princess. The titanic Camp Nou is now open for 12 hours everyday of the week from 8:00am - 8:00pm for visitors to enjoy the facilities.

The popular and famous Camp Nou was created in 1954 for the splendid 99,354 FC Barcelona fans to celebrate their team’s success. The game that I had the privilege to watch was the breathtaking Barcelona VS Manchester United match which was dominated by the impressive Barcelona team.

When the game finished the score was 6 - 2 to the mighty home team and my role model Lionel Messi got a hatrick from his incredible footwork, speed  and skill. When I realized I wasn't daydreaming and the incredible match was for real. I went down to get autographs from the players. I managed to collect 10 in total!

I walked around the ground and found out it features spacious VIP lounges, TV studios, changing rooms and a historic FC Barcelona Museum.  I loved going to my venue and I hope you will too? It only costs NZD $180 for a family of four and  NZD $45 per person.
